Located in the Ahmetturangazi Organised Industrial Zone, our facility hosts the washing, sorting, brining and filling lines across 3,600 m² of enclosed production area, all operating to BRC and ISO standards.

Our facility is laid out as a modular, one-way flow plan from raw material intake to finished goods storage. This plan, which minimises cross-contamination risk, has been verified under our BRC audits.

Our line operates with 12 critical control points defined under HACCP. Every production batch is subjected to physicochemical and microbiological testing; results are archived alongside the traceability log of the product. Raw material intake, brine pH, filling temperature and final cap pressure are the core checkpoints in this chain.
