Why we process your data.
We process your personal data to respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form, to evaluate dealer applications, to process export and private-label requests, to establish and perform contractual relationships, to fulfil legal obligations and to ensure customer satisfaction.
The categories of personal data processed include name and surname, job title, company name, email address, phone number, postal address and the message content you provide. This data is retained only for the purposes set out herein and for the period required by law and legitimate business needs.
Legal basis for processing.
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: your explicit consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Who we share data with.
Your personal data may be shared with public authorities where legally required, with our hosting, email and logistics service providers, and — for export operations — with customs brokers and overseas business partners, only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.
Your rights as a data subject.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information about the processing; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction; to object to results that arise from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages.
