Carefully harvested from the fertile vineyards of Tokat, our vine leaves are pickled at our modern facility in Sivas under international quality and hygiene standards. With over 520 tonnes of annual exports, we are present at the tables of more than twenty countries.
ESN Gıda & Konserve was founded in 2018 in Sivas, Turkey, specialising in the production of pickled vine leaves. Operating from our 3,600 m² enclosed production facility within a 10,000 m² area in the Sivas Ahmetturangazi Organised Industrial Zone, we are among Turkey's leading vine leaf producers with a daily capacity of 2,800 kg and a monthly capacity of 70,000 kg.
Vine leaves harvested from the fertile lands of the Tokat region are carefully washed, sorted, brined and packaged at our modern facility. Our production process is conducted under ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP and BRC standards, with strict adherence to hygiene and traceability principles.
Through our two brands — ESN Gıda and Misbağ — we serve major EU markets including Germany, Netherlands and Denmark, as well as the United States and Australia, while expanding into the Arabian Peninsula, Turkic Republics and Russia.
