ESN Gıda & Konserve was founded in 2018 within the Sivas Ahmetturangazi Organised Industrial Zone, with a singular goal: bringing the centuries-old vine leaves of Tokat and surrounding regions into modern production discipline.

Investments since our founding have led to the BRC and ISO certification of our production line, the expansion of our monthly capacity to 70,000 kilograms, and the growth of our annual export volume past 520 tonnes. Regular shipments to Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, the United States and Australia continue to date.

Today we operate under two brands — ESN Gıda and our premium line Misbağ — serving domestic retail chains, international retailers and private label clients.

Located in the Sivas Ahmetturangazi Organised Industrial Zone, our facility comprises a 3,600 m² enclosed production area within a 10,000 m² site. Modern washing, sorting, brining and filling lines deliver a daily capacity of 2,800 kg and a monthly capacity of 70,000 kg.
